Why we do what we do
Our aim is to help local people bring about positive change in their community.
In 2013 we decided to host our first Christmas dinner for people who would otherwise have been spending the day alone, and we were completely overwhelmed by the generosity and support of the people around us. Seven years on and our our amazing team of volunteers have helped hundreds of people with projects reducing social isolation, supporting new parents, improving young people's wellbeing and providing Christmas hampers to families on low income.
Our current mission is to host a community dinner on Easter Sunday for anyone who might be looking for some company.
How we do what we do
Our projects are all developed by local people, for local people. We are a voluntary group and rely 100% on donations and fundraising to make our ideas come to life. We are incredibly thankful for our supporters and simply couldn't do it without them.
We're always working towards making our communities happier, healthier and better connected, and you can be involved too! Wether you're donating, volunteering, attending an event, making a referral, spreading the word or sharing an idea with us, we'd love to hear from you.
